The New  Offshore Wind Installation Vessel reduces the vessel‘s CO2 footprint by more than 78% with 5MW battery pack and Methanol engines and tanks installed.

The NG20000X vessel is equipped with a 3,250-ton crane and the latest battery hybrid drive train technology designed to reduce carbon emissions per MW installed by over 70% compared to previous vessel models.

WTIV 3060 – CIMC Raffles’ in-house design is

500MW HVAC –Module Type，which is invested by NPI and also is the second cooperation project between two parties after Peninsula South-3. This is the first time to adopt modular design and construction on Wind HVAC Substation project.

The D-Floater is a stackable and transportable floating wind foundation with three columns and a robust Delta-shaped pontoon configuration. The third pontoon is wing-pontoon lowered under the two other pontoons to allow stacking of the D-Floaters. Due to the robust hull configuration without any fatigue-prone underwater braces the D-Floater has excellent long-term fatiue behavior.

D-Floaters will be fabricated at CIMC Raffles, loaded onboard a transportation vessel and transported to the desired marshalling port for turbine installation. Upon arrival the D-Floater is completed and the turbine may be installed in a shallow water depth port.

The D-Floater can be adopted to turbine of varying size, including 20+ MW turbines.

The “Phoenix”-Floater is innovative floating wind turbine developed by  Yantai CIMC Raffles. Damping boxes is used under the column, motion performance can be much better than normal design. The column size is variably designed, it can decline the load force on floater and increase reserved floating capacity.

The shape of “Phoenix”-Floater can applied for fishing net mounting, so the floater can integrated to used as fishing farm, so this kind of floater make it possible that wind energy and fish agriculture develop together.
